ASHRAE Hamilton and Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) learned about commercial kitchen HVAC systems from Mostafa before they stepped into the space themselves and prepared a delicious 3-course meal!
The group cooking event at Gastro Market in downtown hamilton was amazing. Guided by the Executive Chef & their culinary team! Following our hard work, we enjoyed a private dining experience in their one-of-a-kind “speakeasy” space. We group broke out and spent time in the professional kitchen cooking with one another and getting drilled by Gastro’s culinary team. After the cooking, eating, and drinking were done it was one of our best received events of the year!
