ASHRAE HAMILTON CHAPTER
What We Do
Industry Events
We organize monthly meetings for members and guests from September to May. Our meetings typically consist of a networking hour, dinner, and technical session featuring a speaker.
The annual ASHRAE Hamilton Golf tournament is hosted in June.
Go to our Chapter Meetings page for more information.

Technical Knowledge
Membership provides access to the world's largest knowledge base of HVAC&R related technical resources.
Our team ensures that our members are connected to the latest and most relevant resources and technical expertise among the local industry.

Industry Promotion
We offer a variety of programs to promote the HVAC industry.
Our programs are the responsibility of various chapter committees and chairs.
For example, Student Activities provides students with opportunities to learn about HVAC&R and network with professionals in the industry.

VOLUNTEER AND GET INVOLVED
Best Way to Get Involved?
Join a Chapter Committee!
The ASHRAE Hamilton Chapter has several committees that focus on different areas of interest. Committees typically consist of a Chair position which leads the committee in achieving goals, often involving organizing events and activities that promote the HVAC and building professions.
Every member is highly encouraged to sign up for at least one chapter committee based on their area of interest. Not only is signing up for a committee a great way to keep engaged in the chapter, it will reward you by keeping you up to date with the latest ASHRAE happenings and enhance your professional growth as you serve your community and the local industry.
ASHRAE Society sponsors training for committee leadership positions. Apply to one of the available volunteer positions or sign up as a general committee member.

WiA strives to unite women from various occupations including engineering, construction, project management, property development & ownership, equipment sales & manufacturing, architecture and more.
The goal: to foster mentoring relationships among these professions to create a network of women supporting women in our industry.
Sustainability
Sustainability is concerned with the environmental, social and economic impacts of buildings, including effects on ecosystem sustainability and the well-being of building occupants. The committee works to enhance awareness of these issues and the resiliency needed to adapt to a changing climate.
